In  Person  Classes

Classes are in person, located at Edon Fitness & Training.
All classes are free for members. $15 drop in for non-members.
You must register using the button below to attend as spots are limited. 
Classes are instructor guided.

January Schedule:

Tuesday: Full Body Stretch- 6 - 7 PM
Wednesday: Strength Training - 6 - 7 PM
Thursday: Body Weight Pump- 6 - 7 PM

Full Body Stretch

Unwind from an long week weekend of running around and stretch out with this guided full body stretch program.
Your instructor will work with you to stretch all muscle groups using a variety of techniques and equipment including bands, kettlebells and bodyweight. 

Strength Training

An instructor led, full body strength training session. Here we focus on several core muscle groups and use a variety of dumbbell, bodyweight and machine exercises to work the muscles. 

Body weight pump

This session focuses on using your own body to perform a full body workout. Your instructor will lead you through various body weight exercises that you can do at home as well. Fast paced and more difficult than you might think! 
Staffed Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 12p-7p 
Friday: 12p-5p 

Saturday: No Staffed Hours, Members Only
Sunday: No Staffed Hours, Members Only
