A La Carte sessions are the perfect way to get acquainted to new equipment or get started in the gym. With each session, your personal trainer will guide you through a workout focusing on a specific muscle group or athletic goal.
- Single Session - $45
- 5 Session Pack - $200
- 10 Session Pack - $350
- 15 Session Pack - $450
- Gym membership is required for A La Carte sessions
